Event Description:
Our event is based on the concept of a “Pojangmacha” (“covered wagon” in English), which are tented street stalls found in Korea that sell a variety of popular street foods. Through this event, the Columbia Korean Students Association hopes to recreate our own stalls, mirroring Korea’s own food, music, and cultural nightlife that blends food with a robust social scene! Students will be free to socialize, eat, and enjoy the comforting sensation of the makeshift eateries traditional to Korea. As food is such a big part of this culture and event, we want to ensure that we truly capture the flavors of Korea and its people.
